AAG to review teacher grant applications

Applications will soon be sent out to Poplar Bluff High School faculty so they can submit mini-grant requests to the Academic Assistance Group, which will select what field trips, equipment and other projects to fund during its next board meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, in conference room 101 at Senior High. Administrators welcome 74 new employees

During a new teacher in-service on Monday, Aug. 4, in the Administrative Building, Poplar Bluff Schools’ 42 new certified staff members were formerly introduced to administrators, and then the teachers attended a series of training workshops. (more…)

Congratulations to the Class of 2014

A total of 306 students of the Class of 2014 graduated from Poplar Bluff High School on Thursday, May 15, at the Black River Coliseum, raising the collective number of R-I alumni to 21,850, according to school records. (more…)
