Jeans Mean Cash for Charity at 5th/6th Grade Center

What do you get when you combine teachers’ love of casual wear at school and a great cause?  Success!  The teachers at the 5th-6th Grade Center paid to wear jeans last week and raised $200 for Relay for Life. Well done!

PBHS Weekly Bulletin for Sept. 22-26

Parent/Teacher Conferences will be held on Tuesday, September 23, and Thursday, September 25, from 5-8 p.m. both nights.

The Jostens’ representative will be here on Tuesday, September 23, and Wednesday, September 24, during all three lunch shifts to take class ring orders. They will also be here on Tuesday, September 23 from 4:30 – 8:00 p.m. in “B” building lobby during Parent/Teacher conferences to visit with parents and take orders. (more…)

Forensics gets students interested in science

Det. Bryce Colvin of the Poplar Bluff Police Department served as a guest speaker for the new popular Forensic Science elective at Senior High on Friday, Sept. 12, demonstrating fingerprint analysis. (more…)

Rotary Club funds student voting software

On Thursday, Sept. 11, the Rotary Club of Poplar Bluff funded Voting 4 Schools software for Senior High Student Council to use for elections, including the Mock Election, student body and the homecoming court as well as the senior personality awards. (more…)
