The Mules Cafe will open its doors to the public for the first time this school year at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9. The new and returning students, under the guidance of Chef and Instructor Aaron Hudlow, have decided to prepare a crowd favorite: Amish Coleslaw, Fried Catfish, Ms. Dixie’s Baked Beans, Jalapeño Cheddar Corn Bread, and Peanut Butter Pie.
Recent Poplar Bluff Technical Career Center graduate of the practical nursing program, Roger Ray, has been selected as a post-secondary male regional award winner of the Missouri Breaking Traditions contest. (more…)
