Oreo truffle balls, chicken pot pie and cherry-glazed pork are among items on the menu for February at the Mules Cafe restaurant. Join us Feb. 14 for fried chicken, mashed potatoes and carrot cake.
The cafe is open 11-1 on Tuesdays and Fridays. This month it will be open Wednesday, Feb. 19, instead of Tuesday, Feb. 18.
At the Mules Cafe, food preparation and restaurant management skills learned in the classroom are put into practice by students of the Poplar Bluff Technical Career Center Culinary Arts program under the guidance of Chef and Instructor Aaron Hudlow. Meals are $6 and include a drink.
