The Mules Cafe to Reopen for Lunch on Sept. 9 with Crowd Favorite on the Menu

The Mules Cafe will open its doors to the public for the first time this school year at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9. The new and returning students, under the guidance of Chef and Instructor Aaron Hudlow, have decided to prepare a crowd favorite: Amish Coleslaw, Fried Catfish, Ms. Dixie’s Baked Beans, Jalapeño Cheddar Corn Bread, and Peanut Butter Pie.

Beginning on or about Saturday, September 15, 2012, phones will be ringing across the Poplar Bluff R-I School District as a comprehensive survey of patron opinion begins. Senior High School Serves More Than 700 Turkey Dinners

More than 700 people enjoyed a free early Thanksgiving dinner on Tuesday, Nov. 16, at Poplar Bluff Senior High School, which teamed up with Chartwell K-12 Food Services for the community event.   (more…)
