District Facilities - Community Use of Poplar Bluff Junior High School (PBJHS) Football Field and Track Administrative Procedures
Per Board Policy KG: Community Use of District Facilities
As a service to the community and in accordance with law, the Board of Education may allow community groups, as defined in this policy, and individuals to use district facilities for educational, recreational, social, civic, philanthropic and other similar purposes when the facilities are not being used by the district or district-sponsored groups.
The District will utilize the following as the hierarchy of use of the PBJHS Football Field and Track in all circumstances:

First Priority (supersedes all other potential uses): Poplar Bluff R-I School District groups (Athletics/Student Groups/etc..)
- Second Priority - Poplar Bluff Parks and Rec Groups (PBR-I Admin/AD-Approved Organized Group Activities and Practices)
- Third Priority - Community Groups / Teams (PBR-I Admin/AD-Approved Usage agreement on file with Administration )
- Fourth Priority - Unorganized use by individuals or groups
To make reservations or to inquire about a reservation issue, contact the Assistant AD during school hours at the following number 573-785-5602. The most current schedule can be located in the drop-down menus below.
Field usage will be implied following the above information, in addition, the Assistant AD will apply a sign at the community entrance of the PBJHS Football Field/Track that indicates reservations for the week/day or event. This will be updated to the best of our staff's ability, and field usage will ultimately follow the above priority list regardless of notification of reservation status via signage.
