On behalf of the Board of Education and Administrative Team, I would like to formally welcome you to the Poplar Bluff R-I School District.
I am honored to serve as your Superintendent of Schools and I would like to extend my warmest welcome to all of you. Whether you are a student stepping into our classrooms for the first time, a caregiver entrusting us with your child’s education, a dedicated staff member or teacher, or a supportive community member, your involvement and commitment is crucial to the successful and enriching educational journey we promise to provide to all students of our school system.
Our district is driven by a steadfast commitment to excellence and we are proud of our dedicated teachers, administrators, and support staff who work tirelessly to create an environment conducive to learning. Together, we aim to foster a love for learning, a thirst for knowledge, and a deep-seated respect for our community while instilling a love for life-long learning.
As we embark on another academic year, we continue to strengthen our existing programs and opportunities to ensure we provide a comprehensive, well-rounded education that prepares our students for achievement, not only in school, but also in their lives beyond our classrooms.

As we work collaboratively to hold each other accountable for student success, we are confident that with our talented faculty, engaged families, and supportive community, we will transform this mission into reality.
